I LOVE everything about this! The clip holds my thick hair in place. The customer service was GREAT! The clip was not listed on the website. I send her a message and she got back to me ASAP. She told me that she would make it and list it for me to buy. She did what she said she would you. I tell everyone about the place if they want a really nice clip.
